AquiGen Real Estate Solutions is a joint venture established between Generator Group and Aquila House Holdings. It was formed to exploit the skill and resources of both businesses to acquire mixed-use sites predominantly in London and the South East where their respective skills and financial strength could be utilised.

Generator Group was established in 2006 by Paul Isaacs. Generator is a specialist property group that provides deliverable solutions to a wide range of development, investment and partnership opportunities. Generator Developments focuses on brownfield development projects and is backed by institutional funding which enables them to move quickly on all forms of development and investment opportunities.

Aquila House Holdings was founded in 2001 by Tony Chambers and is a leading property development and investment company with an investment portfolio worth over £150m. Its commercial projects include a wide range of new-build and refurbishment schemes in all sectors across London and the south east of England.
